Service Governance

Southcare is audited by both the State and Federal Governments to ensure compliance with the Aged Care and Quality Standards and fully meets all requirements to the standards of these independent audits.  Southcare’s financial records are audited by an external auditor every year and the results are published in our Annual Reports.

Furthermore, Southcare’s Quality Committee provides a collaborative approach to quality management, compliance, customer satisfaction and best practice.
