Energy bills are just one of the many stressors households struggle with when they find themselves experiencing financial hardship, and Southcare’s caring hands are here to help.

Our Community Support team have partnered with Energy Ahead to support households experiencing financial hardship to reduce their electricity bills.

This is a free program available to Synergy customers experiencing financial hardship.

Energy Ahead, previously known as the Household Energy Efficiency Scheme, is a $13 million program, being delivered in partnership by Energy Policy WA, the State-owned electricity retailers Synergy and Horizon Power, and non-government organisations.

The program presents a real, hands-on solution towards preventing and reducing energy-related financial hardship and we are delighted to offer it as a free service from our offices in Manning.

Southcare’s Energy Ahead Coach Kevin is based at Southcare’s Community Support office in Manning but can visit you at your home, or talk on the phone or online to conduct an audit to best determine what works for you to save money on future bills.
