Who are The Boxing Project?

Since 2017 The Boxing Project has been proudly offering free boxing and wellbeing workshops in across Perth.
Transitions in life can be hard, but with the right community and a constant safe space to explore movement and wellbeing we can build the resilience and self efficacy to deal with life’s challenges – and have fun while we do it!
Our classes are community driven. We aren’t a gym, we aren’t elite athletes. We want to make movement accessible and fun for people who may not feel comfortable in a typical gym environment.
